Raw Tacos with Walnut Meat

This is one of my favorite raw recipes. So easy, so tasty and so raw! 

 

Here's What You'll Need

Walnut Meat

  • 1 cup soaked walnuts 
  • 1 Tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 1 plum tomato
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne

Combine all ingredients and pulse in a food processor until it looks like meat crumbles. ( Do Not over Pulse!)

Pulse to this consistency  

Add to your favorite green wraps

-Kale

-Butter lettuce  

-Romaine Hearts 

-Cabbage  

(Iceberg lettuce has no nutrional value)  

Then top with your favorite toppings.

Guacamole 

Cashew Cream

Pico de gallo
